Practice POC is designed for clinic-level operational and financial measures. Do not enter patient names, diagnoses, treatment notes, or other clinical records.

Data used in the beta

The service stores account identity, clinic membership, weekly operations, clinician totals, referral-source totals, financial summaries, settings, and access audit events. Access is isolated by clinic and controlled by assigned role.

Retention and deletion

Clinic owners may delete clinic data in the product. Active account data is retained until termination. Terminated data is retained for one year; automated purge enforcement remains a required step before general launch.

This beta notice will be replaced with a complete legal privacy policy before paid public release.
